Health Guarantee Policy

At Bliss Parrots, the health and well-being of our birds are our highest priorities. We take pride in raising healthy parrots in a clean, caring, and nurturing environment.

Health Commitment

Every parrot is carefully monitored and receives appropriate care before being offered for sale. We strive to ensure that each bird is healthy at the time of pickup or delivery.

Veterinary Examination

Customers are encouraged to have their parrot examined by a licensed avian veterinarian within 72 hours of receiving the bird.

Health Guarantee

We guarantee that our parrots are in good health at the time of sale. If a licensed avian veterinarian determines that the bird had a serious pre-existing health condition that existed prior to delivery, the customer must notify us immediately and provide written veterinary documentation.

Exclusions

This health guarantee does not cover:

  • Injuries occurring after delivery
  • Illnesses caused by improper care, diet, housing, or handling
  • Stress-related conditions resulting from transportation or environmental changes
  • Routine veterinary expenses
  • Accidents or neglect
  • Conditions arising after the bird has left our care

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing:

  • Proper housing and cage setup
  • Fresh food and water
  • Appropriate veterinary care
  • A safe and suitable environment

Limitation of Guarantee

The health guarantee applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
